Copyright and Licensing Policy
Copyright Policy — Authors retain the copyright for their work after it has been published in Eagle International Journal of Research, Innovation and Health Sciences By submitting to the Journal, authors granting right of publication, each author grants the Journal a non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish and distribute its article in any format or medium including print and online.
The Journal operates under an open access model, which allows all articles free and full access to all the readers without subscription or paywall. It fosters wider access to research and promotes the sharing and reuse of scholarly outputs.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). Under this license, which allows others to copy, share, redistribute or translate and adapt the work as well as to make changes to it, provided the original author(s) and Journal are appropriately credited; a link is provided in accordance with our Linking Policy and any alterations/transformations are indicated.
Manuscripts must not infringe upon existing copyrights or other intellectual property rights, and authors are responsible for ensuring their manuscripts comply with these standards. Where third-party material is included (for instance, images, tables or lengthy extracts of text), authors must obtain permission from the copyright-holder(s) or confirm that some other acceptable exception applies.
When the Journal learns of copyright infringement, plagiarism, or misappropriation of licensed material, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with ethical and publishing standards. These include issuing corrections, expressions of concern or in serious cases retracting the article.
