Submission Checklist

Eagle International Journal of Research, Innovation and Health Sciences

Before submission, authors should verify that their manuscript complies with the following requirements. All submissions should be prepared and submitted as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).

Manuscript Preparation

  • [✓] The work should be original, should not have been published elsewhere, and should not be under consideration by another journal.

  • [✓] The manuscript should be prepared in line with the Guidelines for Manuscript Submission provided by the Eagle International Journal of Research, Innovation and Health Sciences.

  • [✓] The title page should include:

    • [✓] Manuscript title

    • [✓] Author names and affiliations

    • [✓] Corresponding author’s contact information (email and institutional address).

  • [✓] An abstract of not more than 250 words should be included, summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  • [✓] A list of 4–6 keywords should be provided to aid indexing and searchability.

  • [✓] The manuscript should be clearly structured in the following order:

    • [✓] Introduction

    • [✓] Literature Review

    • [✓] Methodology

    • [✓] Results

    • [✓] Discussion

    • [✓] Conclusion

    • [✓] References.

  • [✓] All references should be formatted according to APA 7th edition style.

Figures and Tables

  • [✓] All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1) and cited in the text.

  • [✓] Figures should be of sufficient resolution and submitted in acceptable formats (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF).

  • [✓] Tables should be clear, concise, and include appropriate titles and footnotes where necessary.

Ethical Compliance

  • [✓] For studies involving human participants or animals, ethical approval should have been obtained and brief approval details should be included in the manuscript.

  • [✓] Informed consent should have been obtained and documented where applicable.

  • [✓] Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed.

  • [✓] All funding sources supporting the research should be acknowledged.

Supporting Documents

  • [✓] A cover letter should accompany the submission, briefly describing the significance of the work and confirming compliance with ethical standards.

  • [✓] Author contributions should be clearly stated, indicating each author’s role in the manuscript.

  • [✓] Any supplementary materials (e.g., datasets, questionnaires, appendices, or multimedia files) should be submitted in appropriate formats.

Final Verification

  • [✓] The manuscript should be thoroughly proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting consistency.

  • [✓] All authors should have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.

  • [✓] The submission should comply with the Eagle International Journal of Research, Innovation and Health Sciences policies on privacy, ethics, and publication malpractice.
