 Eagle International Journal of Research, Innovation and Health Sciences is dedicated to the expertise advancement and facilitate high‑quality scholarly communication. This Editorial Policy outlines the principles and practices that guide our editorial work to promote fairness, transparency, and integrity at every step in our publication process.

Editorial Independence

The editorial staff operates independently and selects manuscripts based on their scholarly value, newness and appropriateness of each submission. Editorial decisions are never influenced by commercial interests, advertising relationships or outside pressure.

Peer Review Process

Every submission to the Journal is subjected to a stringent peer-review process. All reviews are handled by specialists in the discipline to evaluate accuracy, quality, and scholarly value. The peer review process is kept confidential, and potential reviewers’ identities are not revealed to authors except by mutual consent.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is original, suitably cited, and free of plagiarism or other misconduct. Conflicts of interest should be declared at submission. Authors must obtain and document permissions from any third party for the copyright from which they use material in the manuscript.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers should provide objective, constructive and timely feedback that contributes to the quality of the manuscript. They need to keep things confidential and should not be able to use any unpublished information from the manuscript for an individual or professional advantage. This guide is for help with you to review in peer-reviewing journal articles and this can also be used for Proceeding papers or Elsevier journals.

Editorial Board Responsibilities

The Editorial Board ensures integrity and consistency for the publication process. Editors make sure decisions are taken fairly and not in manner that discriminates against any group, be it by race, gender, religion nationality or political views. Unethical or unscientific manuscripts may be rejected by the journal.

Ethical Standards

The Journal operates according to international best practice in scholarly publishing, including adherence to Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. Claims or evidence of misconduct  such as plagiarism, data fabrication or duplicate publication — are treated seriously and investigated thoroughly; corrective actions may include pubic corrections or retractions.

Open Access and Copyright

The Journal is an open access journal, and published articles can be read free of charge without a subscription or paywall. Copyright: Authors do not have copyright transferred to them; instead, they give the Journal a right to publish their work in all formats and mediums.

Appeals and Complaints

Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision can write a letter of appeal that must contain argumentation or evidence. Complaints related to editorial behavior or review practices, including perceived unfair treatment, are promptly addressed and reviewed impartially and confidentially.
